About Missy
Missy made quite an entrance at the shelter, all soft ear tufts and affection, after being abandoned by her previous owner. She was quickly adopted, but found herself returned yet again—not because of anything she did, but because of her adopter’s housing issues. After these disappointments, Missy’s grown a bit more reserved. She’s shy at first and has a sassy streak. Play still gets her attention, but she’s not one for constant action. Dogs are a firm no for her, and she’ll do best in a calm home, ideally with older kids (12 and up) who get that she needs patience and space to settle in. With time, she could blossom into a lovely companion for her next—and hopefully final—family. Fun fact: Missy is a Taurus, so expect a stubborn but loving side. Start your journey together!
