About La Tart

La Tart is a petite and striking cat, her soft, pale gray fur marked with unique peach highlights makes her stand out among torties. She spent her early days as a stray before landing briefly in a safe foster spot, but after no owner surfaced, she was brought into the shelter. At first, the shelter’s commotion scared her and she retreated to corners, but with a little patience, La Tart revealed a trusting and loving side—she thrives on affection and purrs for cuddles. In two previous homes, La Tart’s bold, playful nature didn’t mesh well with other resident cats. She became a bit of a bully, and nipped at some family members. She seemed to do best in a quieter, male-centered environment and would likely prefer to be the only animal in the house. Despite these quirks, she is a total snuggle bunny who genuinely loves being held and petted; her curious and social side shines with the right attention. La Tart is looking for someone open to her strong personality, preferably in a calm home without other pets—possibly with a man present—so she can settle in and enjoy life. Ready to fall in love?
