About Hardee
Hardee is a petite, shy cat who wound up at the shelter under tough circumstancesโhe was found in a recycling dumpster, likely left there by someone else. Despite this rough start, he's focused on brighter days ahead. Hardee is reserved around people but clearly craves gentle attention. With extra time and patience, he shows a sweet, endearing side. He feels most comfortable with other cats and would do best in a home that already has a friendly feline buddy to help boost his confidence. Busy or noisy homes with young kids may intimidate him, but a calm home with an understanding, older child who wants to build trust slowly would be a great fit. After a period of illness where he had to be isolated, Hardee actually became more receptive to affection and attention. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative. Hardee is looking for someone patient to help him truly blossom. Click apply to start the adoption process.
