About Pink Lonestar
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Pink, a tiny survivor with a big heart and an even bigger personality. At 10 years old, this little Chihuahua has already battled through more hardship than most dogs ever face. She was rescued from a difficult hoarding situation, arriving underweight, pregnant, and in desperate need of care. Though her puppies didn’t survive a necessary emergency C-section, Pink never lost her spirit or will to thrive. Born with a condition known as "small eye" and the lasting effects of years of neglect, Pink took months to heal in foster care before she could be safely spayed. When she began to show signs of seizure activity, she was prescribed medication, which she takes twice daily. Great news—Pink has now been seizure-free for over three months! Pink currently enjoys a loving foster home with other dogs. She may insist on being the Queen Bee when meeting new canine friends, but she settles well and is happy to share her space. Pink is always ready for walks, loves car rides, and keeps a vigilant eye on her home as a dedicated little protector. Despite all she’s overcome, Pink remains lively, loving, and just a touch sassy. She hopes to find a forever home where she will be cherished, kept on her medication, and treated like the royalty she is. If you want a loyal companion with a survivor’s spirit, Pink could be the perfect addition to your family. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
