Roxie ( Rockie on petfinder.com) had a meet and greet today after being in foster for 8 months. Unfortunately, the other dog did not like Roxie, therefore it was not a match at no fault of Roxie. Roxie is a 2 year old, shepherd mix, high energy, lovable pup. She is crate trained, potty trained, and available for adoption as she is spayed and up to date on shots. She is very shy and reserved at first but once you gain her trust she truly is a wonderful dog. Roxie is very energetic, she would need some training on not jumping on you! She wants loving at all times and loves to play. Roxie is more of a dominant dog so she would do best in an only dog home or a more submissive friend (she loves to play with my chihuahua). Roxie came in to foster with a crooked tail but that doesn't take away from her beautiful black with brown tint fur! Roxie is in desperate need of someone to give her unconditional love and attention. Could you be that person? She deserves the best life has to offer.
