This special little guy is Andy! He was born without eyelids, a condition called eyelid agenesis. His eyelids didn't form so the skin is basically just stuck to his eyes which makes it so that he can't blink from the top. Despite it though, he is a healthy and happy little kitten. Gets along with the other kittens and cats and dogs in his foster home. They are using daily artificial tears to see if that helps any, but so far he really just gets around just fine. Andy is negative for Fiv/Felv, up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.
