A day with Charlie is a mix of energy and sweetness. He starts his mornings racing around the yard—no shortage of zoomies here—then settles in for breakfast and a round of belly rubs. By the afternoon, he dives into playtime with toys and laps up every bit of attention from volunteers. Snuggles are his specialty. Evenings find him winding down, content to curl up beside his people and quietly drift off, dreaming of a permanent home. Charlie hasn’t had it easy. Adopted as a puppy, he landed back at the rescue through no fault of his own, but that hasn’t dampened his spirit.
