About Gemma

Gemma is a big, solid gray tabby around two years old, coming from a unique situation. Her owner recently passed away, and his final wish was for her to find a new family willing to offer the care she deserves. Gemma was rescued as a kitten from a porch and started out with initial shots and a spay through the Metro Denver CAT program. She has lived almost exclusively with cats—her brother, her mother, and her dad’s other cat. She hasn't had much exposure to dogs or children, so there's not much to go on regarding how she'd react. Her current household has taken in several pets already, and the only reason for giving Gemma up is capacity. Ready to take on a gentle, large tabby who's looking for stability after a loss?
