Millie is a 3-year-old Boxer/American Staffordshire Terrier mix who beat the odds after being pulled from a high-intake shelter with her puppies. Now on her own, Millie is settling into foster care and getting a much-deserved break from motherhood. At about 53 pounds, sheās that just-right medium size with plenty of love to spare. Millie is crate-trained, well-mannered at home, and thrives on kindness and patience as she recovers. She bonds well with older kidsāespecially those over 10āand lights up for car rides or exploring the yard. Millie walks confidently on leash and enjoys chewing on bones and toys in downtime. Sheāll be spayed by the rescueās vet soon and is already up to date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. During her time with puppies, she was wary around other dogs, but now sheāll be evaluated by a trainer to support her success in the right home.
