About Marnie
Marnie started off living as a feral cat, but sheās always had a spark of trust and gentleness beneath the surface. After being trapped for a routine spay, it quickly became clear she wasnāt just another wary street cat. Marnie longed for connection, and with a little patience during her recovery from an intestinal infection, she began seeking out affection from her foster mom. With care and daily attention, she realized how much she liked being petted and doted on. Today, while sheās in a foster home where dogs compete for attention, she continues to grow more comfortableāand sheās ready for her own devoted, patient person. Marnie is a beautiful young adult, about a year old and weighing 9 lbs. Sheās fully litter box trained. Her FIV-positive status doesnāt hold her back; the vet expects her to live a long, healthy life with basic care. Marnie is sweet, warming up to people as she learns to trust. Sheās best as an only cat or possibly with a gentle dog. If youāre willing to offer her the time and patience she needs, youāll watch her blossom into the loving companion she wants to become. Your new best friend is just one click away.
