About Logan
Click apply to start the adoption process. Logan has been patiently waiting for a home for over six years, and it's time for his story to change. While often overlooked just for being a big, sable-colored dog, Logan is anything but ordinary. He greets each day with the heart of an old friend and the playful energy of a pup, showing love through his legendary kisses and entertaining antics with his favorite Kong toy. Having spent his entire wait as a shelter favorite, he's become selective about other pets, longing to be the one and only in a loving home. At eight years old and weighing 55 pounds, Logan is the perfect combination of wisdom and fun. He's crate-trained, house trained, and a proud graduate of a training program, knowing all his basic commands. Logan loves using his skilled nose on “sniff-aris,” strutting his toys in proud parades, and going on long walks with his people—true to his loyal, ride-or-die nature. His ideal home would have no cats or small animals, a fenced yard, possibly a female dog companion, and kids older than 13. Logan is longing for a family that sees the loving heart behind his looks and will give him the life he has been waiting for. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
