Delaney is house trained and enjoys the comforts of her people, particularly a cozy bed. She's vaccinated and ready for a new start, located in Goliad, TX. Although she is great with children and other dogs, she does not get along with cats.

Meet Delaney Dawn! She’s a resilient soul who was rescued from neglect, and she's turning her life around. When Delaney Dawn first arrived at the shelter, her fur had seen better days and her skin was in rough shape. Luckily, her Foster Mom has been nurturing her back to health with good food. Now, her beautiful platinum blonde coat is coming in nicely, making her shine despite her past. Delaney's heart is enormous despite her current battle with Heartworm disease, for which she's undergoing treatment. This gorgeous 1.5-year-old Black Mouth Cur mix is great with children and enjoys the company of other dogs. However, she has a strict “NO CAT ALLOWED” policy. She’s mostly potty trained but will need a crate while she continues to adjust. Delaney loves to snuggle and prefers to sleep in the people bed. After all those tough times, she dreams of a life that’s yummy and fulfilling—because she truly deserves it.
