About Brick
Brick (also known as Brickle Bear) has a face you won’t forget and a personality to match. He’s friendly with everyone he meets—people and dogs included—but any home with another dog should plan a meet-and-greet first to be sure harmony is in the cards. This athletic guy loves playing with squeaky toys, zooming around, and showing off his fun-loving, goofy side. If you’ve been wanting an energetic companion for hikes, games, or just road trips, Brick is ready. Car rides absolutely delight him. Despite his high energy, he’s also a serious cuddler and would happily watch a movie on the couch or snooze at your feet. Brick’s clever, too—he’ll sit and shake for treats, but he’s also a bit of an escape artist. He’s made a sport out of dashing through open doors, so a securely fenced yard is absolutely required for his safety, and invisible fencing won’t do. He’s strong and will benefit from more leash training, especially for those who want to take him everywhere. He’s house trained, not too fond of being kenneled (he gets anxious, but will manage if toys and music are on), and doesn’t like fireworks or storms (he’ll stick close when thunder’s rumbling). Brick is neutered, up to date on shots, microchipped, and about 4 years old—healthy, ready, and eager to meet his next adventure buddy. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
