Meet Mocha! Mocha arrived at Dogworks Ohio on 11/17/25 as an owner surrender, and this 3-month-old chocolate-and-cream sweetheart has been learning what love and safety feel like ever since. She currently weighs about 12 pounds and is expected to grow to around 40 pounds—a perfect medium-size companion for an active home. Mocha is a beautiful blend of shy and sweet. When meeting new people, she’s nervous at first, but once she realizes she’s safe, she blossoms into the cuddliest little shadow. She adores human interaction and wants to be right by your side… especially if you’re open to lots and lots of kisses during snuggle time. Curious and energetic, Mocha loves exploring her surroundings and will thrive with a family that can match her playful spirit. She’ll need a home with a fenced yard (she currently does well with a chain-link fence) and would be thrilled to have another friendly dog to pal around with. This smart girl is already working on her basics—she knows Sit, Come, No, Off, and Leave It, and responds well to gentle correction. She’s not yet used to walking on a leash, but she’s young and eager to learn with the right patient family.
