About Luna
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Luna! This sweet, medium-sized, one-year-old Carolina Dog mix is bursting with energy and affection, and she's ready to find her forever home. Luna was born in a shelter and returned at seven months, so she's eager to bond with someone just as energetic who can keep up with her lively spirit. Crate trained and housebroken, Luna gets along well with other dogs. While her interactions with cats and children haven't been tested, her loving nature shines through in every encounter. As a young pup, she's still learning and would benefit from continued training. She knows her basic commands, but her zest for life means she enjoys exploring, digging, and chewing, so she’ll need a family that can offer plenty of activity and positive guidance. A secure, fenced yard would be ideal for Luna to burn off some puppy energy. She would do best in a home without small children and shouldn't be left on her own in a crate for extended periods, as she can become guarded when confined. If you love outdoor adventures and are committed to helping a playful companion grow, Luna could be your perfect match. Fun fact: Luna is a Pisces! Pisces pups are known to be sweet, intuitive, and in tune with their humans—she's sure to make a wonderful best friend. Luna is spayed, microchipped, fully vetted, and currently fostered through Dogs In Need Organization. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
