Plato had a rough life as a street cat and deserves his chance at happiness now. He is estimated to be about 7 years old and tested positive for FIV. He is a gentle giant and is not asking for much. A quiet place to lay down, gentle head scratches, and never to go hungry again. After dinner will make biscuits on his blanket. He is a special rescue and deserves the best life can offer now. He really enjoys hanging out on a screened porch and would like a home that has one. He would do well as an only cat or with other cats (with slow integration); he has not been tested around dogs. Plato would not do well in a home with young children. Plato has been diagnosed with asthma and is on prednisone which an adopter would need to continue to give him. Plato is looking for an experienced adopter able to medicate him and provide regular vet care because of his FIV+ status and asthma diagnosis.
