About Casey

Casey wins people over fast, with those expressive eyes and an easygoing charm that’s hard to ignore. He’s a striking all-white Husky, about four years old, with a quiet but affectionate nature. Casey was surrendered last year—out of his control—and has since made himself comfortable with his foster family in Tracy, CA. He’s truly a polite companion, taking treats gently and loving chicken more than just about anything (except maybe a good belly rub or ear scratch). Casey enjoys sunbathing, curling up with his people, or stretches out on the floor while you read or watch TV. He’s house-trained, knows his basics, and is respectful with both energetic dogs and senior canine friends. Though good with children and other dogs, Casey isn’t a fit for homes with small animals due to his natural prey drive. He plays daily with his foster siblings, is always up for walks or a trip to the lake, and makes a loyal, calm sidekick for adventures. Casey’s foster says he’s made real progress—he walks well on leash and keeps learning every day. He’ll need a patient, active home ready to help him adjust and give him the exercise and engagement he needs, especially as he can be anxious at first when left alone. In exchange, he’ll bring plenty of loyalty, laughs, and the kind of company that makes every day brighter. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
