Ginger is about 4 years old and a 40-pound bundle of fun. She’s got a playful, loving personality—always up for tug, chasing zoomies, or taking a dip in the water. Car rides are a favorite, and there’s a good chance she’d be happy to tag along on a boat, too. Ginger needs a fenced yard for her playful streak but also knows how to settle and chew her bones for quiet time. She’s crate trained and fully house trained. Ginger has some allergies that require daily Apoquel and Zyrtec as well as medicated baths, all of which she handles with good spirits—she actually loves a bath. Her ears need routine cleaning since she’s prone to infections, and that comfort is non-negotiable. Ginger came close to being surrendered due to her chronic allergies but deserves a home that’ll stay on top of her care. She can guard food and treats, so should be crated with them if there are other animals around. Ginger does well with laid-back dogs or cats and enjoys kids too.
