He is not suited to households with dogs, but he’s shown he truly thrives with another gentle cat—especially his foster friend Mandy, whose playful affection gives him confidence. They chase and wrestle, and Mandy’s warmth has become Buddy’s safe space. Buddy has learned to enjoy sitting with his foster mom, purring away as she hugs him, and soaking up every gentle kiss.
