About Honey

Honey is about three and a half years old and weighs in around 50 lbs. She’s been living with a foster after being found in rough shape, but she’s now on the upswing and looking much healthier. Honey has a high energy level and loves to play—watching her bounce around is pretty much guaranteed to lift your mood. Her training is coming along well: she’s crate, leash, and potty trained, able to hold it for up to four hours, but will use potty pads if left longer. Honey gets along with other dogs and is friendly with kids as well. Honey’s history was tough. She came to her foster having suffered from malnutrition, a yeast infection, and a UTI, but those days are behind her now. She’s steady on a leash, knows basic commands, and is just plain happy to be where there are people to appreciate her. If you're looking for a sweet, joyful companion with a resilient spirit, Honey just might be your next best friend. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
