Jasmine is an 8-year-old, medium-sized Terrier/Pit Bull Terrier mix with a lot of smarts and plenty of heart. She loves being around her people and thrives in a home where she gets to keep her humans company, whether it’s relaxing at home or heading out for a little adventure. Jasmine is polite and well-mannered in the house, crate-trained, house-trained, and even walks well on a leash. While she’s dog-selective and would probably do best as the only pup, she gets along just fine with cats and children. She enjoys learning new tricks, loves to carry her food bowl around for fun, and sometimes checks out the counter (just looking, not touching). Jasmine is active and playful but also happy to snuggle up once her energy is out for the day. She previously had hip surgery and, while fully recovered, sometimes does a bunny hop on her back leg—a habit from before she was rescued.
