About Mindy
Mindy is a gentle, senior lady who has overcome a rough start after being trapped outside in Bridgeport with another adult cat, likely her daughter. Despite arriving shy and unsure, it was always clear she simply missed out on security and affection, not that she was feral. Time in her foster home has worked wonders for her confidence. Still a bit timid when approached directly, Mindy is eager for companionship at her own pace. If you settle in quietly, she’ll curl up beside you, purring and delivering soft head-butts in exchange for attention. She’s grown fond of household comforts—cozy napping spots, warm blankets, and other friendly cats that help her feel safe. Rump scratches win her heart every time. Mindy is spayed, current on her vaccines, and FeLV/FIV negative. She’ll be ready for adoption in January after a full dental procedure to address her stomatitis and give her real relief at last. Mindy is living her best indoor life and enjoys the company of both cats and dogs. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
