About Marley
Marley is a black and white tuxedo cat with a distinctive little mustache and a gentle, reserved nature. She was abandoned in Detroit with her mother, Harley, and is looking for a calm, patient adopter willing to let her set the pace as she settles in. Loud sounds make Marley skittish and she prefers to be in a quieter home environment where she can slowly build trust. Marley does best with Harley and it's strongly preferred they stay together; both would thrive as the only pets in the home. While Marley generally coexists with other cats by simply avoiding them, she truly opens up when given space and time without extra bustle. Marley is fully house trained, spayed, and current on her rabies and FVRCP vaccines. She has tested negative for FELV/FIV. Her affectionate side appears on her own terms, so an understanding adopter who respects her boundaries will help her blossom over time. Born under the zodiac sign Leo, Marley is sure to bring a quiet presence and occasional playful streak to the right home. Your patience and kindness could give her the stability she desperately needs to come out of her shell. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
