You can meet all pets available for adoption during our hours: Tuesday through Friday from 3 PM to 6 PM, and weekends from 1 PM to 5 PM at our welcoming shelter located in Burlington, Iowa. When you adopt a dog, they receive a full health exam, vaccinations including Rabies, DHPP, and Distemper, as well as a Heartworm check. Each pup is also sterilized and provided with post-surgical pain medication to ensure a smooth recovery. For our stunning cats, you’ll find they’ve been given a health check-up and screened for FLV and FIV. They’ll be up-to-date on FVRCP and rabies vaccinations too, with sterilization and pain medications included.
