Tulip is the shyest of her siblings but she is also the sweetest once she trusts you. She has gone to 2 adoption events and done very good at each allowing everyone(big and small) to love on her it just takes time for her to ask for it back. She loves doggie friends, and LOVES water like no other. In the shelter she does have more confidence than when she leaves but I know with time she won’t be as scared as long as she has that trusting person.
