SHARK ALERT! Meet the cutest little grey tabby. This sweet boy purrs like a motorboat as soon as you get near him. He’s super playful and loves chasing after feather toys. This gentle boy can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up quickly, especially if you have another cat. He’s an old soul in a tiny little kitten body and has excellent soulcat potential for someone who wants a gentle companion. Shark will either need to be adopted into a home with other animals or with another Del Gato kitty. Currently in foster care in West Hollywood. Foster-to-adopt is always an available option and recommendation. All Del Gato kitties are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLv, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption. Thank you! ____________________ Del Gato Rescue is a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue based in Los Angeles, CA. We are a handful of volunteers who work normal jobs by day and rescue cats on nights & weekends. We receive countless daily requests from the community for assistance with cats and kittens found outside in need of rescue. We focus on rescuing friendly cats from the streets, getting them healthy and vetted in foster care, and finding their purrrfect forever home! We prevent hundreds of cats per year from entering our city shelters and being euthanized. We also TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) and vaccinate unadoptable/feral street cats, which we believe is the only solution to the root cause of the feline population crisis. When space allows, we also pull death-row cats from local high kill shelters, work with them in foster care, get them up to date on their healthcare, and match them with their new forever family. If you'd like to volunteer with us, fostering is a great way to help our cause, and it allows us space to save more kitties off the streets.
