About Smudge
This could be the start of something paw-some. Meet Smudge, a lovable Labrador Retriever mix who was part of a large litter rescued and cared for by a trusted local organization. Smudge made his way to Dalmatian Rescue So Cal in November 2022, where he's been learning his leash manners and working on commands like 'sit' for a treat. Thanks to daily walks and attentive handling, his skills and confidence continue to grow. Smudge is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, giving you peace of mind as he joins your family. He’s a large dog, so he’s best suited for dog-experienced owners and homes with children who are comfortable around bigger breeds. He's ready to find the right family that will help him flourish. Smudge is eager for a home where he’ll get continued guidance, attention, and love.
