He’ll follow you around, chat with you in his cute little meow, and happily curl up on the sofa by your side. He’s not loud, just sweetly talkative, making him the perfect companion for someone looking for a feline best friend. He has a soft spot for his banana catnip toy and will gladly keep you company all day long. Mackie eats prescription kidney food for early-stage kidney issues but is otherwise doing great—he even had entropion eye surgery and a dental cleaning and has fully recovered. He would thrive as a solo cat but could coexist with a calm, passive feline friend. Because he sometimes gives affectionate "love nibbles," he’d do best in a home without young kids. He hasn't been tested with dogs. Mackie is located in Bloomfield, NJ, but transportation can be arranged for the right family.
