Douglas is a sweet, affectionate dog who loves attention and snuggling up with people. He has an old injury to his left knee that didn’t heal properly, leaving him unable to use the leg. Vets recommend amputation to improve his comfort and mobility. His medical needs are more than the shelter can manage, and he’s looking for a committed home who can help him recover and live a pain-free life.
