About Nala

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Nala, a gentle young mother whose compassion shines just as brightly as her striking black and white tuxedo markings. Rescued from the streets alongside her five kittens, she proved to be a remarkable protector, braving the challenges of outdoor life and ensuring the health and safety of her little ones. Her time outside left a small scar on her nose, a subtle sign of her strength and resilience. Despite her tough beginnings, Nala is wonderfully affectionate with people, enjoying ear scratches and readily seeking human companionship. At only 8-9 months old and weighing about 7 pounds, Nala is still getting used to indoor comforts and the joys of regular meals. While she isn’t quite a lap cat yet, she’s already showing her loving nature and may become even cuddlier as she settles in. Her unique markings and expressive eyes make her truly unforgettable. She hasn’t had the chance to meet adult cats or dogs during her time in foster care, but with patience and understanding, she’ll likely adapt well. Nala is fully vetted, spayed, and current on all vaccinations. She is ready to find her forever family and can be adopted both within Tennessee and transported to the Northeast region. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
