About Honey
Honey is a 3-year-old Boxer mix with a lot of spirit and a resilient heart. She came through tough times, likely surviving a flood before being rescued by a caring foster. Honey suffered some injuries—including a healing leg—but she's handled healing with her usual determination and is now thriving on good care and nutrition. Potty trained and comfortable on a leash, she’s deeply affectionate and quick to bond. Honey’s best suited for a cat-free home as she is overly interested in feline roommates. She is sociable with people, friendly with dogs her size, and naturally gravitates toward energetic, outdoorsy families who want an athletic dog for their adventures. Honey prefers to soak up all the attention and would do well as the only dog, surrounded by active people who include her in their lives. She rides well in the car, enjoys being around crowds, and has minimal shedding. Honey is up to date on vaccinations and will soon be spayed. She’s located in Bandera, TX, but can be adopted both locally or transported to select states. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
