Huey arrived at Cuz i Matter Animal Rescue along with his littermates in late October 2023. He’s a young, medium-sized, black and cream Labrador Retriever mix currently fostered in the Austin area. At about 2 years and 8 months old, Huey has plenty of youthful energy and curiosity about the world. His short coat is easy to maintain, and he’s already up to date on his vaccinations and neutered, setting him up for a healthy start. Huey is not yet housetrained, which means he’ll need someone patient and consistent as he learns the ropes. He does get along with other dogs, so he could be a good fit for a multi-dog household.
