** HELP! FOSTER NEEDED ** Woof!! Charly has healed from his surgery and he is excited to find a forever family to love! Charly came to CT Animal House after he was found in a basement by Animal Control. He had a ruptured salivary gland that caused him to develop a huge hanging cyst under his chin. Charly is a 2 1/2 year old neutered male that would love to live with an active family. He is a loving, energetic youngster, that loves to play with other dogs.
