About Bruno
We have to talk about Bruno! He’s a sweet, medium-sized terrier mix searching for the right person or rescue to give him a safe home. Bruno is blind and has a quirky walk due to a neurological disorder. After being surrendered when his previous owner could no longer care for him, Bruno arrived at the shelter confused and in need of extra support. Since then, he's made steady progress and greets life with a happy, gentle spirit. He loves attention from people and enjoys walks—though he’ll need some help moving around obstacles, he adjusts well once he’s comfortable. Bruno does best with adults only, as unpredictable environments can overwhelm him. He gets a bit possessive with food if other animals are near, which is understandable given his vision loss, so he’ll need to be fed separately if there are other pets in the home. He’s already neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested for heartworm and Lyme, and is ready for a calm home where someone is patient and able to help him settle in. Bruno is hoping for a loving forever home where he can finally feel safe again. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
