Hi, my name is Lorie Darlin, and I was rescued by Cuz i Matter Animal Rescue on 8/23/2024. I am currently in a foster home. This is what my foster family has to say about me: Lorie is a sweet girl who can be a little shy at first but once she gets comfortable, wants all the attention and belly rubs. She is full grown at 40lbs. Lorie loves going for walks (needs some training on pulling), lounging with her human or chasing a ball. She loves her kennel and her soft blankies. Lorie sleeps all night long without a peep and sometimes even wants to sleep a little longer when her foster mom is trying to get her up! She knows sit and is learning shake. Lorie can be left alone in the house for extended periods of time and doesn’t chew or get into any trouble. She is fully potty trained. Lorie is dog selective and needs extra time and space when being introduced to new dogs. She could go to a home with other dog(s) but would need time to adjust at her own speed. She currently lives with 3 other dogs and gets along just fine, but it did take her a while to get to a comfortable position with them. Lorie LOVES kids but doesn’t do well with cats or small critters. Lorie will make someone/family an amazing loyal companion!
