Meet Lita, a sprightly soul who joined the Cuz I Matter Animal Rescue family on October 14, 2021! 🌟 At just one year old, she’s still bursting with the playful energy of a puppy. This adorable girl is housetrained, walks beautifully on a leash, and is currently embarking on her fetch journey—snack rewards included! Who could resist that? 😄 Now, Lita can be a little shy at first, but don’t let that fool you. Once she warms up, she’s all about soaking up human affection and sharing cuddles with her dog pals. Her foster mom raves about how smart she is, hinting that Lita would absolutely thrive with some additional training, especially when tasty treats are in the mix. 🍖 A brave little warrior, Lita tested positive for heartworms last October but faced her treatment with grace and determination, completing it in December. Now, she’s a healthy pup, but it's essential for her—and all dogs—to stay on heartworm preventative.
