About Charity
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Charity is an incredibly sweet and smart pup who thrives around children of all ages, though she may accidentally knock over the littlest ones with her playful nature. Charity has worked hard with a trainer to minimize her reactivity to other dogs, especially in the crate, and is now able to walk calmly with other canine companions. She adores human attention and loves getting pets more than anything else. Rescued from the streets of east Texas, Charity and her rescue mates faced tough conditions, which has left her with food guarding tendencies around other dogs, but never towards people. She is highly attentive to humans and easygoing with those she trusts. Charity would flourish as the only pet in the home, and a secure 6 ft tall privacy fence is required to keep her safe due to her impressive jumping skills. With her vaccinations up to date, microchip, and spay already handled, Charity is ready for her forever family. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
