Charity
AvailableCharity is a tricolor Black Mouth Cur/Boxer mix who currently lives in Sanger, TX. She is a spayed female pup who is up to date on all vaccinations and is house trained. Charity gets along with children and has a medium build. She does best as the only pet due to food aggression toward other dogs, and she's been trained to reduce reactivity.
About Charity
Charity is a truly sweet young pup with a gentle nature around humans, including children as young as one. She lights up with any kind of pets or attention, and has a calm, easy vibe with people. Charity's had some rough beginnings—rescued starving in East Texas—and can be food aggressive towards other dogs, though she has no issues with people. She’s made big progress with trainers on her crate reactivity and now handles slow dog introductions better, able to walk with other dogs peacefully, but needs to be the only pet at home. Charity is very smart and pays close attention to her humans. She’ll need a secure, 6-foot privacy fence because she can jump, and she tends to do best with older kids, since she’s big enough to knock tiny ones over by accident. She’s microchipped, spayed, fully vaccinated, and gets monthly heartworm prevention. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
