About Tucker
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Tucker is a 2 1/2 year old mixed breed who found himself at the Clay County Humane Society after being abandoned with another dog in a rural area. This brindle and cream pup is very sweet and loving, though he appreciates a little time to feel comfortable, especially around men, with whom he may need extra patience. Once Tucker knows you're his friend, he shows his deep affection and reveals his happy, lively personality. He enjoys staying active and is always ready for some fun, though he could benefit from a bit of extra training to polish his leash manners. Tucker gets along excellently with other dogs, making him a great companion for homes with canine family members. If you're willing to give him a little time to settle in and help him build his confidence, Tucker promises to reward you with years of loyal companionship. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
