MADDIE is a 1 year old mixed breed taken in with her 3 puppies on 8/25/25. They were dumped! A sweet girl, Maddie's friendly and happy. Occasionally, she'll jump on you, but only as an expression of extreme happiness. The rest of the time, Maddie's well mannered, discerning and smart. Unsure how she figured out that we had treats in our pocket, but as soon as she did, Maddie immediately sat down, ready to receive! No verbal command or hand signal was given, she simply figured it out on her own! Treat finicky, Maddie rejected the soft, bacon flavored treat, taking it gently, then spitting it out. Fortunately, we had a treat variety that day and were able to offer her a hard biscuit, which she ate. If you enjoy walks, Maddie's a great walker and loves going out for them. She's hoping to connect with a family soon so she can enjoy longer walks and full time love the rest of her life. Maddie's adoption fee is $150 and helps cover the cost of her spay, vaccinations, worming, monthly heart worm and flea preventive, microchip and care while at CCHS.
