About Rocky
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Meet Rocky—a gentle soul who is grateful for every kindness he receives. When Rocky was first found, he was so weak he could hardly take a few steps, but the caring person who rescued him made sure his journey to safety began with love. Ever since, Rocky has expressed nothing but gratitude, sweetness, and quiet joy. Right from the start, Rocky charmed everyone, especially the four other dogs who instantly became his friends in the car. His gentle, good-natured temperament shines through in foster care, where he has been the perfect guest: calm, polite, appreciative, and always ready with a wag of his tail. Rocky moves softly through his days, quietly rotating between comfy beds and soaking up affection from those around him. His foster describes him as the sweetest and most gentle companion. He gets along beautifully with other dogs, is fully house trained, sleeps soundly almost all day, and simply adores being by your side. Rocky takes little walks to explore, then heads right back to his cozy spot with dignity and tenderness. Although Rocky’s exact age is unknown, as a senior sweetheart weighing approximately 50 lbs, he deserves a loving home to keep him cherished and comfortable for the rest of his days. He asks for very little and gives so much love in return. If your heart and home have space for an older, affectionate companion, Rocky could be the most meaningful friend you ever welcome. Fun fact: Rocky was born on December 25th, making him a Capricorn—known for being loyal, determined, and full of quiet strength! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
