About Mitch
Mitch was born in January 2020, which makes him a Capricorn—known for their loyalty and determination. This 75 lb mix of Shepherd and Labrador Retriever is full of energy and enjoys a good adventure, whether that means long walks or entertaining himself with his food bowl when left solo. Mitch has a friendly, playful spirit and typically gets along with people, other dogs, and even cats. His big heart shows in his eagerness to please and his gentle nature on car rides and outings. Mitch’s right front paw was injured when he was young, leaving some nerve damage and a partially missing pad. For his comfort and health, he needs to be mainly indoors and wear boots if outside playing for any stretch. He’s looking for a home where someone appreciates his goofy, loyal energy and doesn’t mind adding a boot or two to the family closet. Mitch is just waiting for someone to call his own—a devoted companion with so much love to give back. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
