A truly extraordinary pup, he has overcome so much since arriving at the rescue as a tiny puppy. Though Pippin's journey began with a challenging start, he has flourished under care and support, charming everyone he meets. Pippin is a double merle Border Collie mix with some unique needs—deafness, partial blindness, and a few neurological quirks don't hold him back from living life to the fullest. His affectionate and intelligent nature shines through daily, especially as he thrives in a structured and understanding environment. Pippin's foster home has provided him with patience and routine that have allowed him to blossom, and it’s clear he’d do best with an adopter who can offer structure, calm leadership, and a willingness to adapt to meet the needs of a pup with sensory and neurological differences. A dog-savvy person or someone with experience working with unique dogs would be ideal. Playtime is Pippin’s passion—fetch and tug-of-war are his absolute favorites, and he’ll proudly bring you his toys for more fun.
