About Ivy

They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Ivy is a beautiful Siamese/Tortoiseshell mix with striking torti points and a gorgeous buff and tan coat. At about a year old, she stands out for her calm demeanor, rarely vocalizing like other Siamese cats. Ivy loves her naps and wet food, and she simply can't resist Temptation treats. Plastic spring toys and climbing the cat tree are her favorite forms of play, and she enjoys time with her foster kittens but truly prefers to be a single cat in her forever home. Ivy is great with older children, consistently uses the litter box, and is well-behaved with scratching posts and pads. She has been spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, and she has tested positive for FIV while negative for feline leukemia. Being FIV positive means Ivy is healthy now but needs to be an indoor-only cat, fed high-quality food, and receive regular vet care. Thankfully, most FIV-positive cats can enjoy long, happy lives. Ivy is seeking an adopter in the local Austin area who can give her the love and attention she deserves as the only cat in the household. Start your journey together! Apply now.
