About Mister Santiago • Cute
Mister Santiago is a happy and people-oriented Staffordshire Terrier mix looking for a home that matches his positive outlook. If you say "sit," "paw," "down," or "roll over," he’ll be right there with you, especially if there’s a belly rub involved. His leash manners are solid, and he likes the company of other large dogs. He hasn’t been tested around cats, small dogs, or kids, so a careful introduction is wise, especially since he’s a muscular 65 lbs. Santiago is about 6 years old, neutered, microchipped, and current on all vaccines. His story started rough—he was abandoned and left tied up until a passerby and the Lodi Police intervened. Once safe, his friendly personality returned. Now he spends his days running and playing at a dog rescue facility in Northern California, learning good manners as he waits for the right person or family to give him a fresh start.
