Meet Turbo!!! Turbo will need just the right home and family for his special needs. He is paralyzed in his hindquarters but this boy can really cruise!!! He does have a wheelchair he would need to be in so that he doesn't get sores from dragging his back end. He does also need to be expressed regularly. He really enjoys attention and loves to snuggle. His has a big personality!
