About Violet
Violet is a gentle, graceful little soul with a big story. She and her four siblings were rescued with their mama from a high-intake shelter when they were just two weeks old. Early on, Violet battled severe digestive illness, relentless diarrhea that left her weak and struggling to keep weight on. To make things harder, she refused every medication we tried, no matter how creative we got. My vet gently told me to keep her comfortable and hope for the best. I spent a lot of sleepless nights worrying about this little baby kitten. Violet is tough and she fought through on her own terms. After a few weeks, her stomach settled, her appetite returned, and she began to play and grow alongside her littermates, proving sheās as strong-willed as she is small. That experience shaped her sweet but independent personality. Violet is thoughtful, observant, and takes a little time to open up, but once she does, sheās wonderfully playful, calm, and incredibly smart. She loves chasing toys, exploring her surroundings, and lounging near her people (just not in their arms all the time). She doesn't hide, she isn't scared, she just has independent boundaries and I love that for her. That being said, I don't think she'd do well with children. Violet is also beautiful, she's a petite, silken girl who likely has some Burmese heritage, with those expressive eyes and a refined, elegant frame. Her mama, only six pounds fully grown, shares the same striking looks. Violet is truly her mini me and is very attached to her Mom. Violet would thrive in a cat-savvy home with another friendly feline to play with or sheād be thrilled to be adopted with her mom or her brother, Mozzy, who sheās especially close to. Sheās a tiny survivor with a huge heart, ready to bring quiet joy and beauty into the right home.
