About Sammy

Your new best friend is just one click away. Sammy is a senior tabby/domestic short hair who started his journey as a stray but has truly blossomed into a loving and affectionate companion. He is current on vaccines, has been combo tested for FIV/FELV, microchipped, spayed/neutered, and received his rabies vaccine if age appropriate, plus regular flea treatments and dewormer as needed. Sammy gets along wonderfully with other cats, dogs, people, and children, making him the perfect fit for a multi-pet or family home. With a laid-back attitude, Sammy prefers the comfort of an outdoor enclosure or a screened-in porch, where he can safely enjoy the fresh airβ€”this would truly make him happiest. When his favorite humans arrive home, he'll call out in greeting and immediately seek attention and ear scratches. Sammy can be a little uneasy about car rides, but a little Rescue Remedy before travel usually helps him relax. If you’re looking for a genuinely sweet cat who offers plenty of affection and craves your companionship, Sammy may be your new forever best friend! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
