AvailableLev is a medium-sized, orange tabby mix with a short coat currently in Las Cruces, NM. As an adult male, he has been neutered, vaccinated, and is house trained. Lev is FIV positive and would do best with someone thoughtful about his special needs, but he can share a home with FIV- cats.
About Lev
Lev is a gentle, orange tabby with a calm spirit who is hoping for a new place to call home. He is FIV positive, but that doesn’t get in the way of his ability to enjoy life or make friends—a common misconception is that FIV+ cats can’t live with FIV- cats, but that’s not true. Lev could do well in a home with other cats and is already used to indoor life. His short, soft coat is easy to care for, and he’s house trained, making day-to-day life much simpler. Lev is looking for someone who appreciates a mellow, sweet companion and won’t mind giving a little extra care when needed. He’s vaccinated, neutered, and ready for a fresh start in Las Cruces, NM. Give Lev the chance to show just how much love an FIV+ cat can offer. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
