Rosie did not have a good start. Her story is long and sad. She came to us from animal control after a horrible person abused her. Crates are not an option for this girl. Everything bad happened to her in an open crate. She will be marked as special needs. Her handlers here at the rescue love her so much that they have agreed to help whoever adopts this sweet baby.
