But now, after solid love and nutrition, Oliver is making real progress in a calm foster home, soaking up the sun and gaining strength daily. He’s a survivor with a gentle, affectionate spirit. Oliver is all about cuddling and craves an environment where he’ll get plenty of attention and warmth. He gets along well with other cats but does not do well with dogs or children.
